Yesterday was a nice day out, I decided to go check out a BBQ joint, I am a BBQ critic, but I will refrain to myself and will not post them on any Internet Site, I do not want to step on anyones toe's or hurt there buisness in anyway. I wondered if you cooked or was just a "critic". Each and every restaurant is unique with it's own style of flavors. To publicly criticize them would only hurt their business, and even though you did not name the place, it wouldn't be hard to figure out who it was. It seems that constructive criticism would have worked better.
