Event Description

This is the most current information I have from Jeff from Pork in the Pines.
Jeff is working on some new website issues.
He should have all info together for you by April 1st.

3 day community event. We are hoping on:

Fri- BBQ demontrations and/or shorter classes.
Sat- 3 Rib category cook-off. (maybe 1st- 3rd or 1st-4th each category, Grand Champion and Reserve)?
Sun- Backyard type contests.
