I am from San Marcos, Texas (IBCA). I also love chili competitions. Am member of Central Texas Tolbert Group, and founder of the Oregon Tolbert Chili Posse.
Also promoting the Smokin on the Columbia lite cook and the Oregon Tolbert Chili State Championship. Head cook of Tongue Point Job Corps Smokin Eagles. Astoria ,OR.
