Big Bob Gibson's BBQ in Decatur, Alabama, is known the world over for its championship winning pork shoulders and its mile-high meringue pies. Every May they take Memphis by storm (more often than not coming home with a new trophy for the dining room) and every June they fire up their pits on the streets of New York City, where city dwellers stand in line for hours to taste Big Bob's blue ribbon barbecue.
