No Rib-O-Lator Ribs!!!

i love ribs, brisket, p shoulder and many other animals, but the one thing i love the most is short ribs. not just any short ribs, but the ones i make. i know every time someone makes somthin they say theirs is the best, but after alot of experamentin i found the short rib secret. these things are so stinkin good you won't be able to put them in your mouth fast enough, in fact, if your not careful you will be chewin on your knuckles before you know it.if i'm ever choking on something i want it…See More

Rib-O_Lator chicken

here is some chicken i did on the Rib-O-Lator yesterday. they where so juicy i thought someone turned a hose on me. i used my FlavorDome smoker box as well, i used some apple chips and they tasted great. i used the grill mor sweet rub seasoning under the skin and the signature seasoning on top. they disappeared faster than an illegal being asked for his green card.cooked at 300 for about 40min. internal temp was 160See More

Rib-o-lator ribs on the UDS

i drug out the 55 gal uds today and thought i would cook some ribs. by the way my uds is a GASSER. before you judge me take a look at it.i cut the bottom out of a 55gal and moved it up to the first rib of the drum and re-welded. in the 12" space below i attached a 55,000btu turkey burner,it only heats up the underside of the bottom.i then use the regular size rib-o-lator that fits down inside the drum. if i remember right i drilled the spit rod holes about 7" down from the top and then added a…See More

i live in seattle & love to BBQ, my son and i have won numerous 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awards over the years, but this year we took grand master in ribs, fish, and brisket,. we used my invention called the rib-o-lator to put our win over the top. i became friends with swamprb & JD of NW BBQ, they have helpd a-lot with the testing & fine tuning of the rib-o-lator.
