well everyone calls me lex and ive been cooking pretty much since i was a little boy but now im like a bbq fanatic,i like eat sleep and breathe bbq now lol and im getting better and better each time i bbq.everyone where i live loves my bbqd jerk chicken and my ribs i just need to perfect my own sauce,havnt tried that yet but im working on it,im always open for new tips and techniuqes so feel free to throw some out there,hope to talk to someone soon
