What brand of cookers do you have?: Traeger, Charbroil gas grill, old Charcoal grill

Introduce yourself, tell us all a little about you.: From the Great Northwest right outside of Tri-Cities Wa. I am in my second year of School Teaching at Burbank Elementary and coach football and baseball. After a battle with cancer while I was going through College at Eastern Washington I found that my real love in life is food and cooking for others. BBQ in all shapes and forms have become the way to fuel this. I started on my parents Charcoal and gas grills and now my girlfriend bought me a pellet BBQ. I love the flavor, even though its not a stick burner. I want to get into cattering during the summers and would love to get into compititions.

I am with you I enjoy cooking for others. We have a lot of teams in the NW and around the country for that matter that cook with Traeger and they do very well with them. If you have not already done so take a look at the calendar there are a lot of good competition coming up this season and one right in your back yard “McKinley Springs Winery BBQ & Operation BBQ Benefit” in Prosser this coming June 12th & 13th. 2009.
