Started cooking 'cue back in 2000 and am basically self taught although I have taken advantage of seminars, conferences and industry publications to get myself pointed in the right direction. Since getting bit by the bbq bug, I have created an award winning line of 4 sauces and 5 rubs and recently won gold in the all purpose category at the National BBQ Association's annual awards conference for my Sublime Swine, my heavenly pork and rib rub.
