Welcome to the GBBQ site happy you have stopped by. I wish you the very best with your spice business. I learned a lot from Paul Kirk got a lot from the rub making part of the class for sure. I have a chicken rub that Paul helped me with that has been doing good at competitions. Next Saturday will be my first chili competition. Just starting to learn should be fun.
