Pork Chops Pocket Guide to Pork
This step-by-step PDF brochure is your guide to preparing perfect pork chops every time. Filled with recipes and simple tips for your chop of choice, it's your not-so-secret weapon for solving dinnertime dilemmas.
Mr.Barbecue's Pork Chop Marinade.
This recipe makes pork chops taste so delicious, I actually made it twice in one week! It's simple and so tasty. Just wait until you try it. (NOTE: because of the sugar content in some of the ingredients-you may get some charring around the edges of the chops--so keep your cooking heat to about 450F).
Ingredients: 1 cup lite soy sauce, ¾ cup stone ground mustard, 1/3 cup honey, ½ cup unsweetened pineapple juice or pureed fresh pineapple.
Preparation: Cut up and in a blender puree the fresh pineapple, pour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients-stirring with a whisk to blend all the ingredients together. In a resealable bag, pour in the marinade, add the pork chops. Seal the bag and place in flat in the refridgerator for 2 hours, turning over once.
Remove chops from bag, grill on high heat (450F) for 9-12 minutes a side, depending on how hot your grill cooks.
