    Not only we cooked meat but an extra made pizza in a rock fired oven stoked with apple wood, those pizza's where done in 27 sec on the bottom then you use a metal peel and hold that pizza in the upper round chamber that uses a rolling down heat transfer method and it's all done in about a min, @ 800 degree's

    I have just started my first drum smoker with a stoker. I will add pictures as I build his little smoker. I purchase a open end drum and it will not fit the lid frm my kettle grill, so I'm modifing the ring for the weber grill to fill the the gap and this way I will add more layers of grill. It was this or just purchasing a nw weber 22" WSM, no fun all you can do is cook.
