Like all aspects of bar-b-que, and different bbq cookers, going to bbq contest events and have a good time. Also going to different BBQ Class's and learning more knowledge / KCBS member, and also a PNWBA member, Also I like Big Butt's
I am not an expert, just a lowly wannabe cooker. I've never won a contest in all my years of competing. I wondered if you cooked or was just a "critic". Each and every restaurant is unique with it's own style of flavors. To publicly criticize them would only hurt their business, and even though you did not name the place, it wouldn't be hard to figure out who it was. It seems that constructive criticism would have worked better.
