Very nice of you to stop in. You have a couple good BBQ competitions coming up this season in Idaho and one you may want to consider is the 2nd Annual McKinley Springs Winery BBQ Showdown in Prosser, WA. Keep and eye on the calendar for updates. Check in often and feel free to post any info or questions
