- GREW UP IN SW OHIO ON A PIG FARM, SO I'VE BEEN AROUND BBQ MY WHOLE LIFE. JUST A WAY TO EAT FOR US BACK THEN , NOT QUITE THE LIFESTYLE THAT IT SEEMS TO BE OUT HERE IN THE WEST. BACK HOME EVERYONE GRILLS OUTSIDE ALL THE TIME, IT'S JUST HOW WE COOK IN THE SUMMERTIME AND MOST OTHER TIMES TOO. LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING INVOLVED WITH THE BBQ COMMUNITY OUT HERE. STILL KINDA WEIRD THAT THERE NEEDS TO BE ONE, MY ENTIRE HOMETOWN FOR 100 MILES AROUND IT A BBQ COMMUNITY!!

Welcome to the NW & the GBBQ site. Looking for a team name it’s always fun to think up names. Take a look at The Team Name Database site it will help give you ideas and you can also see if a team name is already used. You will find that there a lot of bbq’ers in the NW that do Q all year around but also for a lot of people as soon as the rain hits and the umbrellas go up the cookers are covered for season. Sound like you know pork? Today I am doing a Butt trying out the new Kingsford Competition Charcoal on my WSM. Follow my blog for results.
