Thank you very much for your interest in the upcoming Gold Dust Days BBQ Cook Off. At this time we are working out many of the details. It looks like it is going to be what we call a back yard cook off and not open to professional bbq cooks the meat will be pork ribs only. Entry fee should be around $25 - $35.00 per team. No big prize money here. Maybe $100.00 buck and a ribbon to first place. This is meant to be a fun bbq contest with proceeds going to charity.
