Thanks for taking the time to check out and signing in on the Gold Bar-B-Q site. This is going to be one fun site. It is still a work in progress. Check in on a regular bases you will find updated information and something new each time you do. I tell you Placerville, CA sound good to me right about now. I am getting to old for these long, dark and cold days. Tri Tip is one of my best meats also, however I have only cooked it twice in competition but took a 1st once and a 2nd place once. When you get a chance upload a photo of yourself in your profile and feel free to post to the site anytime.
