Welcome to the Pacific NW you Michigander. I wish I was a Retired Chef or just retired or at least a chef, but I am a food fanatic particular when it comes to barbecue. Not sure what all goes on in Michigan as far a bbq events but the Illinois BBQ Society sure has a lot to offer if you ever want to check out a competition. Check in here often and keep us posted.
