Line your charcoal bowl with foil and after the cook just lift the foil out and dispose of the ash in one nice clean package and your ready for your next cook.

Set a disposable 12 x 9.5 x 2.5” aluminum pan floating in the water pan. All dripping drip into this pan. After the cook I just toss the disposable pan and the water pan in the WSM is clean.
