Sorry I have not gotten back before now. 80 degree in Gainesville man I wish I was there. This morning it was 20F & snow. I would love to live somewhere that people BBQ all year round and the sun shines most of the time. That was fun hearing you on the Mr. Barbecue show. Next time you call in tell Bruce you found him from our site. Tony Fatso does the show out of Tampa it a fun show Tony is very humorous. If you call him tell him you found him from the Gold Bar-B-Q site. I call Tony’s show about once every three weeks just to check in with him. Sure glad you enjoy the site and find it fun and informative. Thank you for sharing the photos. Nice clean setup. Looking at your ribs I would say you are ready to try a competition.
