Introduce yourself, tell us all a little about you.: I enjoy smoking ribs and "beer butt" chickens, I have a new BBQ team of all Firefighters and we competed in our first competion last year at the 2009 Gold Dust Days. However, we still consider ourselves the newies to competition BBQ!
