I remember now once you posted you photos you where next to Gil aka Smokin Red Wolf. I was just to the west of him. You have that very nice tent. You know there is only 82 days or 1,968 hours or 11 weeks until Pike Place. After all this weather I am thinking of packing up my cookers and going south (will not happen this year).

Just as soon as you do your test cook on your new 22.5 WSM please post your thoughts and some photos on the site. I here a lot of people talking about the new cooker but I don’t know anyone that has purchased one yet.

Yes I do cook on a WSM's at the competition's along with a 22.5” Weber Kettle and sometimes a mail that’s another storey.
No restaurant in Gold Bar. Just enjoy competition cooking, teaching BBQ & the comrodary among the group of people involved in barbecue.
